17 Typical tasks are: performing a number of industrial cleaning tasks; cleaning, dust and polishing and general cleaning in classrooms or other common areas of buildings, buildings, premises and the like, in classrooms or other common areas of school buildings, buildings and items serving their functions; perform uncooked tasks in the kitchen, including assembling, preparing and measuring food Perform laundry obligations that require limited discretion and repairs to bed linen or clothing. (iii) a Level 3 position (a position that may be non-exhaustive and not exhaustive as a janitor and cook) is a position in which the worker: A. works under minimal supervision to achieve a level of training performed by the person; B. Plans its own schedules and other work schedules, as approved by the employer; C. Supporting the training and care of lower-level workers; and D. Is competent in technical areas, as required for the position. Any full-time or part-time employee who, as of December 31, 2010, is considered a Level 4, 5 or 6 employee as a Level 4, 5 or 6 employee and is classified as a General Stream Employe as of December 31, 2010, in accordance with the provisions of the Independent Schools and Colleges and the C (State) Award (NAPSA) level 4, 5 or 6 or General Stream. These workers must not be subject to a general reduction in wages as a result of the agreement reached with this agreement. A Level 1 position (which may include cleaners, a laundry assistant, a kitchen assistant) is a position in which the employee has no relevant training or experience and: A. Requires no prior knowledge and uses a limited range of skills; B. For much of the time frame that involves the application of standard procedures requiring limited discretion; and C. works under direct supervision, either individually or as a member of a team.
