This Agreement, together with the terms set forth in Sinefa`s acceptance of your Reseller Application, constitutes the entire agreement between Sinefa and Reseller with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and understandings, whether oral or written, between Sinefa and Reseller.
